Return & Refund Policy

At Enrich In Design, each canvas is made-to-order with love, care, and high-quality materials. Because of the custom nature of our artwork, we have a limited return policy designed to protect both our artists and our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.

Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we may offer a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee if the item is in perfect condition and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Eligibility Checklist:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Original packaging is required

  • Shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@enrichindesign.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Please Note:

  • Color variations may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or items lost due to customer error.

  • All sale items are final sale.
